ICT Ministry Unveils Computer Lab Equipped With 30 Laptops and 5 Starlink Kits

The ministry of Information Communication Technologies (ICT) has commissioned a state-of-the-art computer laboratory at Dopota Primary School in Gokwe South, Defe, the facility, equipped with 30 laptops and 5 Starlink kits, marks a major step towards bridging the digital divide and promoting digital inclusion.

Hon. Minister of Defence, Cde Oppah Muchinguri Kashiri, representing His Excellency, President Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa, emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring no learner, community, or corner of the nation is left behind in the march towards Vision 2030.

The Ministry of ICT remains dedicated to driving digital inclusion and creating opportunities for all Zimbabweans to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with this cutting-edge facility, students at Dopota Primary School will have access to modern technology, enabling them to develop essential skills for the digital age.
