By Old Mutual has announced that it will be launching a mobile application, MyOldMutual app, on Thursday, 24 June 2021 a one stop shop for all its services which also include banking and Econet services.
Speaking during a pre-launch virtual meeting the company representative Arthur Matsaudzo, said the mobile platform is a digital ecosystems and it has partnered with services like VAYA and Ecocash with banks including CABS as the company aims to digitalise services which has been affected by Covid 19.
Other features include the Old Mutual insurance, funeral cover and investment services
The MyOldMutual app has an option for WhatsApp number that one can dial for further assistance
In also consists of a secure web channel and for one to access the app has to create an account with password for security reasons.
