By The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) has introduced Whatsapp platform for fault reporting for Harare Region.
In a press statement, the power utility company said it aims at giving customers more options to report faults aiming to enhance service delivery.
“The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) wishes to advise its valued customers in Harare Region that it has introduced an additional fault reporting Whatsapp line to give customers more options and channels to enhance service delivery”
ZESA has further announced the four Whatsapp numbers representing four districts of Harare Region.
Eastern District- CBD, Mabvuku, Borrowdale and Ruwa – 0719 219 977
Northern District- Kuwadzana, Warren Park and Mabelreign – 0715 519 387
Southern District – Glen view, Southerton and Waterfalls – 0715 519 389
Chitungwiza District – Makoni and Zengeza – 0715 519 389
