NetOne handed over gadgets to the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) as part of their partnership. The handover and signing partnership happened at NetOne Cleveland along Acturus road in Harare at an event top government officials from the Ministry of ICT and Courier services attended including Telcos Executives, industry leaders and members of the fourth estate.
The gadgets included 15 laptops and 35 printers.
“15 laptops and 35 printers amongst gadgets handed over at yesterdays event”, said Nyasha Nyambuya, the NetOne Chief Financial Officer, on behalf of NetOne Board Chairman, Engineer Taurai M. Maurikira.
The partnership aims to digitize Zimbabwe’s tourism sector.
NetOne is investing in digital infrastructure to support tourism growth.
The initiative will improve service delivery and empower local communities.
ZTA will benefit from real-time data systems and enhanced global competitiveness.
