By Local bread maker, Lobels Bread is getting in on the rising trend of online ordering with its latest announcement.
The confectionary company has officially launched its WhatsApp ChatBot and introduced online ordering.
The latest initiative dubbed Lobby the Baker allows customers to purchase bread products from the comfort of their homes.
Customers can access it by simply sending a ‘Hello’ message to 0719 488 183 number.
Announcing Lobby the Baker, the company said through a video advert:
” In an effort to improve your shopping exprience and ensure that you stay safe and protected, Lobels Bread has developed a ChatBot , Lobby the Baker.”
” That enables you to purchase your favourite Lobels bread products.”
” The chatbot allows you to order products on WhatsApp in the comfort of your home while place your oder on WhatsApp and pay using Ecocash, Swipe, $USD or cash.”
