Fixed VoIP subscriptions rose 3.15% to 39,307 in Q4 2025, POTRAZ data shows.

Liquid led with 21,038 lines, up 4.95%, taking 53.52% market share.

Africom had 9,127 lines, up 1.35%, for 23.22% share.

Dandemutande reached 7,054, up 1.25%, with 17.94% share.

TelOne grew 0.41% to 1,948, holding 4.96% share.

Telecontract fell 4.76% to 140, or 0.36% share.

Total fixed telephone subscriptions rose 0.92% to 304,383.

PSTN lines were 265,076, up 0.60%, but traffic fell 4.88%.

VoIP growth reflects enterprise adoption and fibre uptake.

Active fibre subscriptions rose 7.42% to 86,225.

Fixed LTE grew 6.99% to 143,323, supporting VoIP.

IAP revenue was ZWG 2.53 billion, up 0.83%.

Operating costs fell 7.06% to ZWG 1.78 billion.

Liquid owns 32.3% of national fibre backbone at 4,631.4 km.

POTRAZ expects VoIP to grow as SMEs digitize.
