By Internet Service Provider, ZOL Zimbabwe has launched a USSD service that enables subscribers to manage their accounts using any mobile phone without data connection.
Subscribers will now be able to access certain services by dialling *656#.
The USSD service enables ZOL bill payment / data purchase, Balance enquiry, Mini statement and MyZOL password reset.
The ISP said , ” We’re all about giving you the best possible service, to simplify and lower the cost of how you vibe with us. So we’ve launched a new USSD service so you can run your ZOL account like a boss.”
To register ZOL customers simply dial *656# using a ZOL registered mobile number , enter their ZOL ID and then enter PIN confirm registration.
The service can be registered by using one phone number , while it can be accessed by Econet line holders.
