• Step 2: Submit Your Vehicle Registration Number — Type Zinara followed immediately by your Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) without spaces (for example, ZinaraABC1234) and send the message.

• Step 3: Receive Trip Details — The system will respond with an automated message displaying the exact number of remaining trips left on that pass.

The FTEP scheme is targeted specifically at high-frequency road users, commercial transport providers, and logistics operators who pass through tollgates at least 15 times per month.

Drivers can pre-purchase trip bundles ranging from a minimum of 15 passes up to a maximum of 25 passes per month within a valid licensing period.
