Econet Zimbabwe Introduces Broader Data Packages

0

Econet Wireless Zimbabwe has announced the rollout of broader data packages aimed at giving customers more choice and flexibility, following complaints over its Smartbiz offering — a business-focused data package designed for SMEs and corporate clients.

The telecoms giant said the move reflects its ongoing commitment to providing fast and reliable digital connectivity, responding to customer feedback, market trends, and technological advancements. While full details of the new packages have not yet been disclosed, Econet confirmed that subscribers will be able to choose options tailored to personal, educational, or business needs.

“The new packages are designed to deliver a consistent digital experience for all customers, while safeguarding long-term service quality,” the company said in a statement.

“We believe these offerings will give our customers greater flexibility and keep our services aligned with their needs.”
