Zimbabwe’s fixed voice traffic declined 0.80% to 49.75 million minutes in the third quarter of 2025, as consumers shift to data-centric services. According to the Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ), the decline is attributed to increased adoption of digital technologies.
