Chief Technical Support Officer
Responsibilities
- Maintain a robust IT network that is fast, efficient, reliant and protected from risks
- Ensure that the bank’s IT security policies and related infrastructure satisfy current needs
- Maintain the Bank’s IT help desk system
- Develop and maintain the Bank’s IT infrastructure ensuring that the desired balance between efficience and security is achieved
- Provide support to the bank’s system users and IT solutions that include hardware, ssoftware, network and telephony
- Maintain the bank’s disaster recovery infrastructure in accordance with the bank’s policy
Qualifications and Experiencetructure
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systemsor equivalent
- CISCO Certified Network Administrator(CCNA) or Microsoft Certified Professionals (Specializing in Cloud, Server, Windows, or office 365)
- 3 years relevant experience
- Externsive administrative experience in the following Microsoft Operating Systems(Server and Desktop)Network and Domain Management, Virtualization Hyper V, Linux, and Web Technologies
- Ability to prioritise work effectively
