Chief Technical Support Officer


  • Maintain a robust IT network that is fast, efficient, reliant and protected from risks
  • Ensure that the bank’s IT security policies and related infrastructure satisfy current needs
  • Maintain the Bank’s IT help desk system
  • Develop and maintain the Bank’s IT infrastructure ensuring that the desired balance between efficience and security is achieved
  • Provide support to the bank’s system users and IT solutions that include hardware, ssoftware, network and telephony
  • Maintain the bank’s disaster recovery infrastructure in accordance with the bank’s policy

Qualifications and Experiencetructure

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systemsor equivalent
  • CISCO Certified Network Administrator(CCNA) or Microsoft Certified Professionals (Specializing in Cloud, Server, Windows, or office 365)
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Externsive administrative experience in the following Microsoft Operating Systems(Server and Desktop)Network and Domain Management, Virtualization Hyper V, Linux, and Web Technologies
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively
