Econet Re-assures Clients

 

The country’s leading network provider by subscriber base, Econet, which is currently facing technical service challenges, has notified its clients that they are working flat out to rectify the problem.
The challenges are affecting recharge and some banking services for its customers.

Posting on X, Econet said that they are working to restore normal service.

”Dear Customers We are facing a technical challenge affecting recharge and banking services. We regret the inconvenience caused and are working to restore normal service. Thank you for your continued loyalty and support.”

Many customers have reported difficulties in recharging their phones and accessing mobile banking services through the Econet platform. This issue has caused frustration and inconvenience for many users who rely on these services for their daily communication and financial transactions.

Econet has assured its customers that they are working to resolve the technical challenge as quickly as possible.
