The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) Chief Elections Officer (CEO) Utoile Silaigwana has released Accreditation Fees with effect from today.
CEO Silaigwana said the fees will be as follows:
“Local Observers USD $10 or Zwl equivalent at prevailing bank rate.
Observers from the continent of Africa – Usd$100
Observers from foreign embassies in Zimbabwe USD – $300
Observers from any country outside Africa – USD$400
Zimbabwe Media Practitioners accredited with the Zimbabwe Media Commission and working in Zimbabwe for foreign media houses – USD $100
Zimbabwe local Media Practitioners accredited with the Zimbabwe Media Commission – USD $10 or Zwl equivalent at prevailing bank rate.
The Chief Elections Officer also added that, for further enquiries, “please contact Mrs Matsanga on 0712878615, Mr Chidakuza on 0712878608, or email [email protected]”
