ZOL has introduced the Anniversary billing to all its customers with effect from 1 August 2019. In this billing model, customers will be billed for subscribed services the same day they were activated.
In a notification posted on their website, ZOL announced these developments with regards to the new billing system.
“In this Billing model, you will be billed for subscribed services on the same day of the month that corresponds to the day you were first activated,”
“This makes tracking your billing cycle convenient and differs from Calendar-Month Billing which has a universal, preset billing date for all accounts,” it read.
Previously, all accounts were billed the same regardless of when the account was activated.
