We are looking to hire Independent Sales Contractors:
(i) Submit Fifty qualified referrals to The Company each week
(ii) Generate and submit twenty-five leads to the Company each week
(i) Have a minimum average of 40% closing ratio per week
(ii) Have a cancellation percentage ratio below 20% per week
(i) Make appointment confirmation calls five business days prior to the scheduled
(ii) Contact the Company if he/ she has attempted to reach the decision maker at least
three times without success.
Arrive 15 minutes early to each appointment and update the Company on any areas
(iii) Solidify company financial participation and the necessary details to collecting the
investments at the conclusion of each meeting.
(iv) Follow up each meeting and meet with the Meeting Leader to get feedback and
(i) Provide feedback to the Company on the meetings performed via voicemail, email, or
over the phone.
(ii) Communicate weekly with the Company and confirm specific dates for collection of
(i) Use the company CRM to record all notes and input meeting results.
(ii) Mail sales results twice a week
(iii) Respond to email requests in a timely manner
(i) Devote time, energy, ability, and attention to the performance of duties to be able to
achieve the accountabilities of this Agreements
