TelOne has announced the disruption of its Internet and Data services to their’ clients across the nation on Saturday the 9th of August 2014 from 1400 hours to 1500 hours. TelOne provides internet and voice services to most established organizations and individuals across the nation.

The parastatal boasts of its landline service which is second to none nationwide and recently the telecommunication company launched a VSAT dubbed KA band to reach out to its remote area clients with limited infrastructures for ADSL services.
The interruption comes as a result of work being carried out on the Harare to Bulawayo transmission backone. The notice reads:

To all our valued clients
Tel•One wishes to advise its valued clients and stakeholders that they may experience an interruption of voice, Internet and data services on Saturday the 9th of August 2014 from 1400 hours to 1500 hours. This is due to scheduled maintenance work being carried out on the Harare to Bulawayo transmission backbone.
