Mobile Operator Telecel Zimbabwe has announced a review of SMS, voice and data prices effective 10 July 2022.
In a statement released Friday, Telecel Zimbabwe announced the update.
The statement reads, “To our valued customers, please be advised we will be reviewing our Voice, SMS and Data prices effective 10 July 2022.”
Telecel is reviewing SMS, voice and data bundles after its recent launch of USD bundle and USD$1 promotional recharge.
The service provider have been adjusting their prices to allow dual pricing in line with the Statutory Instrument 185 of 2020, where they were aligning it with the official bank rate.
Telecel have been offering the cheapest rates as compared to its competitors NetOne and Econet.
