Dept: School Of Engineering And Technology

Reports to the Vice Chancellor

Key Performance Areas

-Provide strategic management and leadership in the school in respecting of teaching, research and innovation

-Manage human, financial and physical resources of the school

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

-Appropriate technological postgraduate qualification

-A track record of teaching, research and scholarship in higher education for at least 8 years

-Sound knowledge of the academic disciplines of the school within which the application is being made

-Should be at least at senior lecturer grade

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT

Appointment will be on a fixed term performance based contract for a maximum period of 4 years
