Education and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in ICT.
- Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Good passes at O Level including Maths and English (A and B)
- A Levels subjects must be relevant to the degree required.
- 2 years experience.
- Answer phones professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Up selling and cross selling.
- Complete call reports.
