Education and Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in ICT.
  • Diploma in Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Good passes at O Level including Maths and English (A and B)
  • A Levels subjects must be relevant to the degree required.
  • 2 years experience.

Specific Duties

  • Answer phones professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Up selling and cross selling.
  • Complete call reports.
