Education and Experience
.Diploma in ICT/City and Guilds
.Good O level results (English and maths A/B symbols)
.A Level subjects should be relevant to the professional qualification
.Certification (installer)
.3 years relevant experience in ICT industry, CCNA and sound working knowledge of Linux
.25 years and above
Specific duties
.Provides technical support for logged fault tickets and answering support queries via phone, email and person
.Be knowledgeable about Networking devices and tools, Linux, Security, Quality of service and Routing and switching
.Monitors and deals with all tickets in the ticketing system, escalating them where necessary
.Troubleshooting both internal and external customer faults, performing basic diagnostic routines
.Maintains a high degree of customer service for all support queries
.Formulate individual task plans
