“Our Engineers Are Working To Restore Data Balances To Normalcy,” NetOne Responds To Clients Outcry

Zimbabwe Telecommunications giant NetOne has given ear to its subscribers who complained that their major system upgrade resulted in NetOne customers having all their data balances wiped out.

NetOne assured its clients everything will be returned to normalcy.

In a public Notice just released, NetOne said, “Dear Valued Customer, NetOne would like to Apologize for the intermittent service being experienced, following the system upgrade.

“Our engineers are working to restore data balances to normalcy.

“Thank you for your patience whilst we rectify these challenges.

“Any inconveniences caused are sincerely regretted.”
