Virtual Printer-Create PDF
Nitro PDF is a PDF Reader and editor integrated with Microsoft products and services such as Word, Excel and Image Viewer. One cool feature by Nitro PDF is that it installs a virtual printer so that you can “print” your word document into a PDF file. Most people may not need this feature but when you are running rare versions of Microsoft’s Office, this feature definitely come in handy. So instead of using the Save As feature, use the Print Tool and choose Nitro PDF Creator as your printer. You will be prompted on where you want to save the file.
Nitro PDF has a native editor that allows you to edit components of the PDF file you are viewing. To edit the PDF file, Select The Edit Tab and the Edit Tool. Once that is done, double click on the item you want to edit. A blue rectangle will be highlighted around the item you want to edit. Nitro PDF reads the document in rectangles. They can be small for small individual items or big. Do not be alarmed. After editing the component, click Finish Typing to submit the changes.
