It gets dirty as High Court judge Justice Webster Chinamora is going to be facing strong calculated attacks to smear his name after clearly ruling that the order to reinstate Muchenje must be implemented or NetOne board faces contempt of court, TechnoMag can exclusively reveal
In an interesting new twist of events, TechnoMag has been reliably informed that NetOne lawyers have been instructed to block Muchenje entry to building even after gaining a high court interdict.
This move however clearly reads like contempt of court but those forces driving it have clearly said they are not worried about the order or contempt of court charges , and will see to it that Muchenje is blocked from NetOne at all costs.
“Lazarus Muchenje must leave NetOne, no-matter the costs, if he demands a package he must simply state what he wants and leave NetOne , he is no longer wanted at NetOne and jeopardizing other interests” said a source.
Some sources have however leaked to TechnoMag that the next move was to taint the Judge who is overseeing the matter, as it was now apparent that he had ruled in Muchenje’s favour, and remains the only stumbling block.
Sources close to the developments said that they are aware that the only way to make the matter crumble was to deal with the judge, as some players are alleged to be closely linked to the judiciary system which can influence their outcome.
A letter which we had not seen or verified was allegedly filed with the prosecutor general office stating allegations of corruption and bribe against the judge.
We could not verify whether or not it is indeed true that Muchenje had bribed the judge, nor seen any evidence to support the alleged allegations.
