NetOne running a promo, transact $1k using OneMoney and get 500mb data



The biggest mover in the Q4 2020 is still making strides to gain more subscriptions on its mobile money wallet service.OneMoney is running a promotion where it is giving subscribers 500MB of data , with a window period of 48 hours if they make a ZWL$1000 deposit into their wallet.

Once a subscriber makes a ZWL$1000 (or more) deposit you will receive a voucher within 24 hours.

Customers are eligible to receive the free OneMoney 500MB data once a week and the promotion is running from the 29th of March to the 28th of June 2021.

POTRAZ’s sector performance report for Q4 2020 reveals that , OneMoney was the biggest mover with a 9.6% increase in subscriptions from Q3 2020.

OneMoney was able to add just under 100 000 new subscribers to record 936 479 in Q4 2020.

The move by OneMoney could be a push factor to gain a lot of customers enabling the mobile money service to reach a million subscribers.

Announcing the new development to its customers the Mobile service provider said,”OneMoney is back with yet another amazing promotion!!! The OneMoney Fund Your Account Promotion.”

“We are indeed going aggressive, and we are not taking prisoners.”

This is how the promotion works:
– Fund Your OneMoney Account with 1000ZWL or more via Zipit, Receiving money from another OneMoney Number or Bank to Wallet and get 500MB data that lasts up to 48hrs for ,You receive your data within 24hrs of funding and the 48hrs is effected from the time of receiving the free data.”

Netone added that a person can only participate Once a week in the promo after they receive their 500MB, and only qualify for free data on another transaction in the next calender week.

The promotion is open to all OneMoney registered subscribers.
