Abiding by Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) authorisation to review prices for their services, NetOne has reviewed their voice ,data and SMS tariffs effective on 15 July 2022
In a statement issued by NetOne reads : “Dear valued customer please be advised that as per regulatory approval our tariffs effective 15 July 2022 shall be as follows
Voice – ZWL$0.22686
Data – ZWL$2.5522
SMS- ZWL$3.3137

This hike in tariffs was long overdue given how the black market rates have been spiking in recent weeks. It has been indeed a while since POTRAZ allowed mobile network operators to adjust their rates.
