Lenovo introduces ThinkPad X12 Detachable laptop

Lenovo has introduced a ThinkPad X12 Detachable laptop which follows the standard ThinkPad design formula.

It does, however, keep the line’s signature all-black look with slight red highlights.

With up to an 11th Gen Intel® CoreTM i7 vPro® processor, 16GB LPDDR4x memory, and up to 1TB NVMe SSD storage, the ThinkPad X12 Detachable tablet delivers powerful and safe performance despite its lightweight convenience.

You’ll also enjoy beautiful visuals thanks to Intel® IrisTM Xe graphics. The possibilities are endless with this detachable.

The ThinkPad X12 Detachable is designed for professionals who spend part of their time in the office and part of their time on the field. It’s ultrathin, with the tablet alone measuring less than 9mm in diameter, and lightweight, weighing just over 2.4lbs / 1.1kg when the tablet and optional keyboard are combined.

You can also get through meetings and customer visits without having to recharge thanks to the all-day battery life.

However, if you run out of power, Rapid Charge technology will get you up to 80 percent charge in just 60 minutes.

ThinkPad laptops are put through a rigorous testing process that includes 12 military-grade standards and more than 200 quality tests to ensure that they can withstand harsh environments.

With an enhanced suite of built-in ThinkShield security solutions, as well as AI and biometric security features, the ThinkPad X12 Detachable tablet keeps your data and computer secure.

The discrete Trusted Platform Module encrypts data, making it more difficult to hack, to the fingerprint reader on the optional keyboard are just a few examples.

The tablet has an infrared camera with a webcam privacy shutter, so you can use facial recognition to log in.
