TechnoMag also did a video interview with him too here (upcoming too) and we were quiet worried about the proliferation of Fake, imitations and (Chinese products) as they are literally called in Zimbabwe, being dumped into a market where our community is losing millions into unworthy products without any form of support too.

Mr Chiwara concurred that there are substandard products, both branded and unbranded being truly dumped but dismissed such fears for Astro brands promising they have a warranty support, plus backup service for all their product ranges.

infact he said” for any of our product ranges we do not charge our clients for replacing or repairing parts, infact we replace all the parts for free but only charge our clients the part replacement fee and get to repair any of our products for free”

He also said that their products are also being sold countrywide in payment terms or lay byes to both civil servants and non-civil servants as they massively penetrate the hotly contested market.
