Main duties

• Trouble shooting connectivity related issues i.e. wireless access points
• Understanding of service desk environment and its day to day operations
• Patch management
• Installation and maintenance of MySQL on Linux
• Exposure to Windows Mobile Embedded 6.5nplartform

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in computer Science
• 5 years experience
• Expertise in administrating and managing SLES 10 and SLES 11 systems
• Expertise in Pacemaker high availability clustering
• Good knowledge on networking, switch and firewall configuration, VLAN, Cabling
• Good knowledge in Network security
• Windows server 2014 installation, administration
• Exposure to UTM Technology
