Developed countries world wide have achieved world class status by simply taking time to invest in infrastructure development, while technology investment many still be regarded as a luxury by most African countries, Zimbabwe will soon emerge a giant as it has seen concerted fibre and telecommunications infrastructure development.

The countries of the Southern and Eastern Africa have shown great enthusiasm for investing and innovating within the broadband ecosystem over the past few years. These countries are at different stages of ICT development but unfortunately, 90% of the population still cannot access broadband at home so therefore we are currently far behind more advanced markets.
