FBC Bank recently sponsored e-learning equipment comprised of a digital interactive whiteboard, 45 learners’ laptops, two teachers’ laptops and a projector to Emgamwini and Mawaba Primary Schools in Bulawayo under the Secretary’s Merit Awards as part of their CSR initiatives.

The gesture is expected to go a long way in promoting digital learning in the Zimbabwean education sector also playing a part in creating a future workforce that is tech-savvy.

FBC has always been committed to e-learning in the education sector as they partnered with the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, launching a nationwide e-learning driven corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative in 2018.

FBC scooped the Most Sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility of The Year Award at the recently held Banks and Banking Survey Awards.

FBC has made education the cornerstone of their corporate social responsibility program and that is one of the primary reasons they keep promoting digital learning.
