Econet Wireles Zimbabwe handed over the mega $30 000 cheque to a lucky winner, Mrs Siphiwe S Mashengele who scooped the mega award during their surf & win broadband promotion.
Mrs Mashengele said she still could not believe that by simply topping up her phone she walked away with a staggering figure that completely changed her ife overnight.
She mentioned that she will be investing part of the amount to buying their family house and will invest the remainder in her other business.
Prior to this presentation , Econet Wireless had announced the other winners of the same completion which commenced on the 8th of December last year.
Econet Wireless introduced the Surf and Win Broadband Promotion for their regular internet users giving away prices ranging from free daily data bundles with a life span of 7 days from the time of issuance, smart phones and the cash grand prize.
The smart phones on promotion includes Huawei Y100, Samsung Galaxy, Apple iPhone 5, Apple iPad and Apple MacBook.
