Ecocash increases daily transaction limit to $ 5 000

Zimbabweans on the Ecocash platform can now do daily transactions of up to $5 000 locally and $20 000 per month

The company increased the daily transaction to $5 000 from $500 which comes as good news to its customers who did not like the reduction before,

The mobile money service provider had set the limit to $1 100 in October before reducing it further to $500 in December.

Ecocash announced this to its customers.

“We are pleased to advise that your EcoCash limit for transactions within Zim has been revised to $5,000 per day & $20,000 per month.To opt out SMS Stop to 30440,” read the SMS.
