Zimpapers has survived recent technological storms, serious website turnovers and social media blunders which called in for the top changes with the appointment of its first ever Chief Technology Officer, Mr Darlick Marandure and now the Chief Koti’s appointment, his subordinate is a sign that the company is taking technological advancements seriously.
Zimpapers group chief executive officer Mr Pikirayi Deketeke has among other several key appointments recently promoted the young radio presenter to become the marketing and social media manager as it targets at positioning the media giant firmly on the print, publishing, broadcasting and digital platforms.
The appointments, said Mr Deketeke, were aimed at
“pairing the right individuals with the right skills to the right portfolios that will take the business forward in the current tough operating environment”.
Other appointments also include Beatrice Tonhodzayi has been appointed public relations and corporate affairs manager for the company while Leander Kandiero, has been appointed to the position of station manager for the company’s latest radio project; Diamond FM.
