Africa University Needs A Programme Assistant, Alumni Office

Reports to the Director, Alumni Affairs

Key Responsibilities

–          Schedules and coordinate meetings and events

–          Organise and maintain Alumni Engagements and Units files

–          Perform other duties as requested by the Director

Qualification and Experience

–          Bachelor Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences preferred

–          Minimum two years relevant working experience

–          Advanced experience working with computer database systems, word processing (Microsoft Word) and spread sheet (Microsoft Excel)
