NetOne is appreciating its customers today in Bulawayo as part of their customer appreciation tour across the country to show the measure in which the company values both its customers and staff.
The roll-out of the campaign began in Harare last month, and today it will be in Bulawayo with the company promising that the tours will reach out to other small towns in the country.
NetOne says the idea for these tours is to cut like a double-edged sword by bringing customers and the staff closer.

It is for this reason that NetOne has embarked on a tour throughout Zimbabwe to thank not only our staff but also customers. NetOne has been fairing pretty well as an operator as it won the coveted Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe (CCAZ) Mobile Telecommunications Sector Award and also the best operator in terms of customer engagement and experience award at this year’s Exceptional Marketing Awards
