ZOL Zimbabwe’s public Wi-Fi platform , ZOLspot has been awarded the International Arch of Europe (IAE) Award in the Gold category at the International BID Quality Convention to be held in Germany this July. The convention which has been in existence for three decades is known globally for quality culture recognition.

The award given  to ZOL recognises and encourages the contribution of organizations and companies to quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.One would say that ZOL deserves this award for quite a number of reasons just to mention a few.

ZOLspot enables millenials to improve internet skills, it promotes internet access for everyone, ZOLspot boosts traffic for businesses, enhances educational spaces, offers Wi-Fi for events and also enjoys dominance in public Wi-Fi network service.

Over the past year up to date ZOL has taken Zimbabwe by storm with its ZOLspots in specific locations but they can also provide Wi-Fi services at your events anywhere. They offer ZOLspots public Wi-Fi networks at your social event but at a certain fee.

As it stands ZOL has over 10 000 unique users on the ZOLspot platform every month showing that Zimbabweans are quite appreciative of the platform which now even offers advertising space on its portal.

Of the 877 public Wi-Fi spots which were reported in last years last quarterly report by the Postal and telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe ZOL Zimbabwe over 300 of those spots nationwide making it the leading service provider in offering public Wi-Fi networks.

One could then say the more ZOLspots there are, the more connectivity and convenience ZOL fibroniks clients enjoy.

While the IAE award that ZOL received is premised on research and analysis carried out through Quality Hunters, leaders, entrepreneurs and experts in quality-locally, ZOLspot has made its mark by positively impacting educational, social and business spaces.

This award serves to show that ZOL Zimbabwe has set international standards to measure itself against.
